Refund policy

At getmoretank.com we only accept returns on products which arrive back at our  facility both unopened and undamaged. Refunds will only be processed once our facility has received your package and our team members have inspected the package, ensuring that it meets both of these criteria. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping an unopened and undamaged package to our warehouse facility in the event that you wish to make a return.

Furthermore, returns shall only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. If you wish to return a product, please contact getmoretank.com Customer Service within 30 days of your original purchase by emailing customerservice@getmoretank.com.
